How does the agency qualify employee prospects and do they provide continuing education to their caregivers?
Are the agency's caregivers available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week?
Does the agency provide a free interview, assessment and home evaluation to make the best possible match?
Communication is important; caregivers must speak fluent English.
Are there follow-up visits after placement to insure that all is going satisfactorily?
Are substitutes available on caregiver's days off?
All Caregivers must have criminal background checks
References must be verified
